Our items are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Chippewa Valley Leather Works & Mercantile, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request exchange or refund in the form of in-store credit.

While all sales are final on custom orders, your happiness is important to us and we work hard to ensure we understand your expectations prior to completion of your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied following your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work together to make it right.

VARIATIONS:
Leather, wood and metal are beautiful products of nature and are subject to variations in coloring, marks and texture. Therefore, CVL will not accept any returns regarding materials natural variations.
HOW TO CARE FOR LEATHER
The leather used in our products contains natural oils and will not require much maintenance.

Rain and wetness can be wiped off with a clean, soft cloth. Please avoid heavy rain when possible and air dry your item as soon as possible. Small scratches may be buffed out with a clean, soft cloth.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?
We use only ethically-sourced full-grain cow and bison leather in our products from USA tanneries.
Full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable part of the hide. Ethical sourcing means the animal was not raised solely for the hide.
